Now we have a big story. This is a design for a restaurant sign that was put up over a restaurant in Antibes, South of France, where I was living. Pistou is French soup made with basil. This venture, plus doing the same thing for boats that filled the marina, started a career in sign manufacture that I pursued back in England during the 1980's. I was thinking of having a gallery devoted to my sign work.
